This 10-liter HPP laboratory machine works with the same working parameters as the rest of its siblings, including the same cycle time. Its inner diameter is 135 mm (5.3 inches) and its inner capacity is 9.5 liters, allowing food products to be processed in their final format and package. This permits to test not only the taste and duration of the products, but also the look and real behavior of the packages. Though it has a small size, it can be used for real industrial production.

The external protection of the machine is independent from the machine and can be adapted the the real layout of the customer. This machine can be installed with one, two or three 90-kW pumping units each one, being the production capacity 900, 1300 and 1500 kg/h respectively. The input and output of the baskets is automatic, and as the rest of the range, counts on the latest advances in connectivity and data base. The machine is made in Spain with 100% European steels and first-class north American pressure intensifiers.
For more than 20 years, the IDUS HPP team has been manufacturing and selling high pressure machinery for the food sector. Initially applied for the cutting and today also for the High Pressure Pasteurization market (HPP). Four models are available today: 10, 25, 50 and 300 liter units. The machines count on the due CE certification. For the manufacturing of these vessels, only first-class European steel is used. The water pressure intensifiers are supplied by the number one American manufacturer. The machines are made in Spain.
