Description
The industrial line is a complete range of equipment for processing nuts on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual walnut bulkheading to a minimum. Walnut cracking machine (200 kg/h) is a walnut cracker with the highest productivity. Thanks to the conical compression type, the nutcracker can work without preliminary calibration of the nut and gives a high yield of the whole kernel. The calibrator is intended for sorting nuts in shells into fractions by sizes from small to large for further high-quality and cost-effective processing of nuts on industrial nutcrackers that require preliminary calibration of the nut. On the calibrator, the gaps between the shafts can be adjusted independently, depending on the size of the nut (from 5 mm to 50 mm), it is possible to adjust for any kind of nut – walnut, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
