The industrial line is a complete range of equipment for processing nuts on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual walnut bulkheading to a minimum. Walnut cracking machine (200 kg/h x2 pcs) is a walnut cracker with the highest productivity. Thanks to the conical compression type, the nutcracker can work without preliminary calibration of the nut and gives a high yield of the whole kernel. Rotary walnut сalibrator is a machine designed for sorting inshell walnuts by size. It calibrates the walnut into 4 fractions: 28, 32, 36, 40 mm (these are the most common walnut sizes). At the request of the customer, the dimensions of the holes can be changed. Sizing (sorting) of walnuts is carried out before the cracking of the walnut or before the sale of the walnut on the market.
