JSC BIOKIMYO - Production of high-quality ethyl alcohol from grain.

JSC "BIOKIMYO" is a company that produces two types of alcohol: - rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw materials (grain); - technical rectified ethyl alcohol from the ether-aldehyde fraction. Depending on the degree of purification of alcohol, ethyl rectified from food raw materials is produced by 4 grades "Highest Purification", "Extra", "Lux" and "Alpha". The continuous process of rectification is fully automated. At all stages of production, hard quality control is maintained, technological discipline is strictly observed. Finished products comply with the regulatory requirements established by the "General Technical Regulations on Safety of Alcohol Products". The raw material to produce alcohol is high quality wheat, relevant to the requirements of all international standards. The factory uses only Italian equipment produced by “FRILLI” which is specializing in the design, construction and refitting of distillation factories and plants. Based on distillation of the ethyl alcohol head fraction EAF - by-product of ethyl alcohol production from food raw materials. Recycling on this technology is carried out as the ester aldehyde fraction accumulates in the warehouse. Ethyl technical rectified alcohol is used in the production of synthetic rubber, the production of diethyl ether, fruit essences, synthetic acetic acid, dyes, solvent, like fuel, etc.
