Kareks specialized in producing and exporting individual ingredients for fruit & herbal tea mainly dried orange-lemon peels and other citrus peels, dried apples, dried licorice root products and aromatic-medicinal herbs to world since 1996. Kareks is the pioneering exporter of the dried citrus peels , dried apples and licorice roots in Turkey with annual exporting capacity of 800 metric tons of dried ingredients in total. We supply dried ingredients to B2B market which have conformity with EU and US regulations in terms of pesticides and Ochratoxin A (OTA). Kareks is the most preferred dried ingredient supplier of the fruit/herbal tea companies and also working with many spice, botanicals, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals companies. Additionally, our company is the only company in Turkey that offers dried small unripe oranges and grapefruits to be used as raw material in the extraction of hesperidin and naringin.
