The D16 shutter is characterized above all by its high reliability and long service life of 2.5 million switching cycles. In addition, this shutter has a fast closing time of less than 20 ms.

Based on our rotary solenoid D2, Kendrion offers a wide range of highly reliable optical shutters for blocking light and laser beams in the field of optical safety technology. The optical shutter D23 forms the technical basis with remarkable properties and can be used in a wide range of applications, e.g. in medical instruments, aeronautical instruments, fiber optic signal transmission systems and in mass photometry. The D23 optical shutter impresses with maximum reliability, durability and a fast switching time of approx. 15 ms. With at least 10 million switching cycles, the Shutter D23 is designed for reliable continuous operation.

The advanced laser shutter DS200X8 combines with its short closing time of less than 15 ms. a long mechanical service life with the possibility of detecting the position and monitoring the mirror temperature. When the shutter is closed, the laser beam is absorbed in the beam trap. A laser power of up to 100 W is possible.

Electromagnetically operated pinch valve PPV 7 (NO) with high flow rates and precise control. The 2/2-way NO pinch valve clamps tubes with a Diameter up to 7mm and depending on the used material (PVC / Silicone) up to 1.5mm wall thickness. It has a clamping force of 42N.
