Kolektor Siegert GmbH was founded in 1945 and now employs almost 200 employees. We offer the following range of products and services: Hybrid circuits: Kolektor Siegert GmbH has been producing thick-film hybrid circuits since 1970. Soldered hybrids, through-hole metallisations in ceramic, shaped ceramics, multilayer circuits (up to six conductor layers per side), bonded hybrids, Flip Chip, power thick film devices (PTF) and multi chip modules are major milestones in our development. By focusing on funded R&D projects in the field of micro systems and sensors, we are developing our future. Kolektor Siegert GmbH is one of the largest service companies in the European market to offer thick film hybrids. Assembled PC-boards: We assemble SMT components down to the smallest sizes, fine-pitch assemblies, BGA and Flip Chip. Fully automated high-speed assembly lines, semi-automated lines and manual assembly stations are available. Sensors and modules: Kolektor Siegert GmbH develops, produces and supplies sensor cells, sub modules and complete sensor systems using thick film and PCB technology for different parameters and areas of application.
