The perimeter of the top of the boom is 650*2*3.14=4082mm, the perimeter of 1 degree is 11.33mm, then the perimeter of 1 arc minute is 11.33/60=0.18mm, the absolute value of our average error is 0.0549mm, Equivalent to a perimeter of 0.0549/0.18=0.305 arcmin, it has reached a backlash of less than 1 arcmin.

RV-20E accuracy test example Install the RV-20E reducer at the end of the power arm, the arm length is 65cm , that is, 650mm, and the test speed is 20 . First let the motor press down on the dial indicator, record the reading of 5.696 mm, let the motor reverse 300 steps, and after the mechanical arm reverses 300 steps, let it reset. At this time, the reading of the dial indicator is: 5.673 mm. Then after 500 tests, the average error absolute value is 0.0523 mm. The perimeter of the top of the boom is 650*2*3.14=4082mm, the perimeter of 1 degree is 11.33mm, then the perimeter of 1 arc minute is 11.33/60=0.18mm, the absolute value of our average error is 0.0523mm, Equivalent to a perimeter of 0.0523/0.18=0.29 arc minutes. A backlash of less than 1 arcmin has been achieved.
