The gear hobbing machine, model DM 6.0, is a C.N.C machine designed for the hobbing of cylindrical, spur, helical gears, splined shafts, and milling of endless screws, on shafts with length up to 600 mm. The solid structure, matched with high quality materials, ensures a longer duration of cutting hob, permitting continuity of production and a significant productivity growth. The shift axis permits the use of different tools and the realization of multiple hobbing with a single set-up on the workpiece. The height of the table and large sliding doors are studied to consent an easy access at tooling operations or workpiece replacements. The software, realized by us, is simple, complete and intuitive and it can be customized on specific requests. The gear hobbing machine model DM 8.0 is designed for the machining of spur, helical and curved gears, endless screws, splined profiles and pulleys. Solidity and power are ensured by large dimension guides and torque motors, for all types of gear hobbing. Its versatility allows to adapt to any customer equipment, for each production code. The shift axis allows the mounting of several tools, managed to optimize the cooling down and consumption of the cutting tool. A detailed research on locking systems led to improve the extension of the cutting hob, ensuring precision and rigidity. The CNC machine, mod. TB412Y is designed for reduced tooling and programming time. Is a double spindle machine and it has got an upload station on self-positioning rollers, able to receive bars from diameter of 12 mm up to 110 mm, variable from a length of 150 mm up to 3000 mm. Ground pliers and micro filtered refrigeration allows machining of shafts without damages of the chrome surface. The 12 positions, motorized tool turret, on which you can install up to 24 tools, has got an Y axis for milling and holes machining , also off-axis. The unload of the workpiece from the sub -spindle is totally automatic. The simplicity of the use, the high versatility and precision in machining, make model TB412Y an extremely competitive machine, making it possible whoever to realize quickly any kind of chromed bar. The software, made by us, is integrated with CNC SIEMENS 840 Di, and it is customizable.
