Economizer is a product which provides fuel saving and boiler efficiency in boilers, steam boilers, hot water boilers and hot oil boilers by using the heat of the flue gases in order to increase the temperature of the feed water (and fluids) in the system. The payback amortization of economizers varies depending on such factors as the capacity of the system, efficiency of the boiler, and its application areas. The pay-back period of an efficient economizer varies between 3 – 18 months.

Silencers/Mufflers; diesel and gas engine exhaust noise is designed based on required target noise levels and current pressure drop. In addition to the standard silencers for stationary engines, special silencers are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. In addition to reducing exhaust noise, extremely compact designs are made with the available space in mind.

Exhaust gas bypass systems are made as additional equipment in exhaust gas heat exchangers. 3-way flap is required for bypass systems. By-passing the gas flow makes it possible to adjust temperature inside boiler (exhaust gas heat exchanger). Engines for combined heat and power plants are operated with different fuels, including hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, sewage gas and special gases, plus diesel and other liquid fuels. In an exhaust gas heat exchanger, the hot exhaust gas from the CHP engines or CHP gas turbines is cooled, in the process heating water, a water-glycol mixture or thermal oil. This thermal energy can be used in a local or district heating system or for other industrial purposes.

Cogeneration or combined heat and power (CHP) is the use of a heat engine or power station to generate electricity and useful heat at the same time. Trigeneration or combined cooling, heat and power refers to the simultaneous generation of electricity and useful heating and cooling. Considering combined energy production systems are considered, only systems where heat and electricity production are made simultaneously are called cogeneration systems. In cogeneration systems; The heat energy, which is the side output of the electricity production system, is evaluated. As a result, since losses are greatly reduced, fuel consumption is significantly reduced and profitability based on energy efficiency emerges.
