We serve the following sectors: mechanical engineering, aeronautical, rail transport, shipping, hydraulic and pneumatic industry, façade construction, automotive. Alloys: 1050, 1070, 2017, 2017A, 3003, 5754, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075 H and T Series. Our company can convert your projects created with CAD/CAM programs into a prototype using our 3D printer. We offer the following services: electrostatic anodisation equipment with a capacity of 1100 tons per month. Partial anodisation possible - E6 as standard, and special applications such as E0, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5 - standard colours EV1, C33, C34, C35. Electrostatic powder coating equipment with a capacity of 1000 tons per month; Chromating and chrome-free solutions, horizontal and vertical coating equipment, thickness of the coloured layer to customer plans, partial powder coating possible. Wood decor can be applied to powder-coated profiles. Our processing line features the latest equipment; Processing possible with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, and up to 10 metres. Packaging equipment available: consisting of shrink, film, wrapping, stretch drawing machines.
