Our work starts with precise and efficient material cutting using modern machines. Our Laser and plasma cutters are available for sheet metal processing of all grades. Laser Trumpf 4kW with interchangeable table 4000x2000mm cuts mild steel of max. 18mm with both oxygen or nitrogen. Plasma Omnicut/Hypertherm where portal is also fitted with an acetylene burner; table size 6500 x 2000mm, usually cuts max. thickness 100mm

The basis of efficient welding process is precision bending on modern machines. In our case, TruBend 8400 Press Brake offers a maximum bending width up to 4000 mm with pressure of a respectable 400 tons.

Our four-cylinder rolling machines offer a maximum width of 1900 mm, and pipe twisting up to a diameter of 220mm at max. 6mm gage. In smaller versions 1000mm, for diameter min. 125mm

We do it all without blinking, but in protective glasses.

It is not so common, but it greatly increases the efficiency in our welding shop

In our team, certified welders with more than 20 years of experience are working, using precision working plates for weldments up to 4000x6000mm and even more. Our welding shop is equipped with cranes 3,5t / 5t / 20t

Straightening press CDN400 with 3100x3000mm table and 1000mm stroke helps us finish our work with great precision.
