Our enterprise, as a commission company engaged in operations of mechanical metalwork, also offers consulting and project engineering services, though not on a continuous basis, participating in the design and realization of our clients’ products. A few years ago, the company decided to expand its engineering activities with a view to improving the various stages of processing in the company, and also to meet the engineering needs of the processes specifically commissioned by our clients. Recently, we completed testing on a scale, designed and built for our own in-house use, which will be useful in handling sheet metal. Just because our company handles the entire production process, we are able to take steps in advance to prevent any of the problems that might arise in later stages. We also provide a customized consulting service based on the parameters of the project to be built or processes to be carried out.

For years, Perozeni S.r.l. has been active in the field of medium-heavy mechanical and metalworks, constructing systems, machinery or parts of machines (for a wide range of sectors), even of exceptionally large size, on commission for its clients. The company’s technical personnel are able to perform complicated procedures of mechanical metalwork complying with the clients’ project specifications, placing great attention on the quality of the raw materials used and on the complete realization of the product.Every single piece is made with extreme skill, using qualified personnel subject to continuous training, certified by the main organizations recognized in the sector. Our workers have acquired years of experience in the company and are specialized, having obtained the qualification of welders according to standard UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2013. The company has also certified its system of welding activities according to standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006.

The machine tool department has a wide range of advanced machinery that enables the company to perform mechanical processes of milling, boring, drilling and lathing on products of medium and large size (single items or small lots). At the present time, the company is able to produce structures measuring up to 12000 x 1300 x 3000 mm height, guaranteeing excellent quality standards every step of the way. The mechanical processes done with CNC machine tools guarantee optimization of the work while reducing production time. The higher quality is observable in the finished piece and in the respect of the tolerances indicated by the client. The company department devoted to mechanical processing on commission is equipped with hoisting systems that facilitate handling. Recently, we installed a bridge crane with a capacity of 32+16 Tons that can be used to move large parts, optimizing the time employed to provide better service.

Thanks to our long-standing partnership with Brutti S.r.l., we can manage processes like metallic shot blasting, metallic sandblasting, painting of metal parts and assembly.

The quality of the welded structures is guaranteed by non-destructive tests carried out on request by our qualified in-house personnel or by certified external organizations. We also perform dimensional tests that, on the basis of the precision required, are made using calibers, micrometers or the special tool “FARO Cam2 Laser Tracker Vantage”. Other types of processing can also be handled by us, such as distension heat treatment, metallic galvanization, chrome plating and other treatments, through our partnership with qualified suppliers with whom we have established advantageous collaboration for many years.
