Punching units Punching unit with exchangeable cutting elements for sheets and profiles up to a material thickness of 25.0 mm and a hole diameter of 150.0 mm JOKA punching units consist of a special cast stand that accepts the punch and die and ensures the exact axis alignment between the cutting elements (punch and die). In addition, there is a stripping system in the upper part of the tool stand, as the material wipes off automatically after punching. The scraper contains two or more disc spring packages that guarantee perfect scraping even in the border areas. A fixed connection between the tool and the upper part of the press is therefore not required. To determine the exact position, each tool has a positioning pin (two for shaped holes) on the underside, which is precisely aligned with the cutting elements (center of the hole). The above picture shows a complete punching unit without cutting elements and one cutting set (punch and die) each for round hole or shaped hole.

Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

The Die Cutting machine type EDP-W represents the highest automated system to cut various types of materials into the desired shapes. Feeding of material is automatic and managed by a transportation conveyor running together with a beam holder. Machine power permits to cut shapes of various sizes. From light to heavy materials and of different thicknesses could be processed. EDP-W has a wide range of configurable cutting forces and cutting head surface.

A heavy-duty machine that creates perfect welding preparations with great precision. The Beaver S is available for pipes with an outside diameter of up to 56 inches, with manual and automatic control options.
