We are Recyclan! UK domiciled sustainable packaging solutions company based in Deeside in Flintshire County Council in Wales. Our reason for being is to combat the huge and growing plastic pollution challenge. We hotwash, sanitise and reprocess PET plastic products that have been discarded as waste and turn them into the highest-grade recycled PET product that can be reused in the food and beverage industry. Doing this ensures we conserve energy, reduce air and water pollution, reduce greenhouse gases, and conserve natural resources. We leverage on state-of-the-art technology in our recycling process that enable us for example, conserve energy by 30% thereby being more efficient, maximise output and minimise cost. Our Operations span across Collecting & Sorting, Baling, Crushing/Granulating, Hot & Cold washing & eventually Sheet Extrusion & Thermoforming.
