Filter belts are used for a continuous filtration of polymer melt. These filter belts, but also wire mesh pre-cut parts, are manufactured in various dimensions and weaves. For high demands the fabrics are available with high tenacity warp wires. Rolf Körner GmbH was founded in 1982 and is an experienced manufacturer and distributor of wire mesh cloth, filter discs and ready-made filter elements. With us, everything comes from a single source: Development, design, own tool construction, manufacture and distribution. The wire cloths from our own weaving mills are available as rolled goods or as ready-made filter elements. We manufacture to customer specifications in almost unlimited variety of designs, from individual items to large-scale production. Our product range is very broad: wire cloths as rolled goods or pre-cut parts, filter discs, filter belts, filter cylinders, filter cartridges / filter candles, basket filters, conical strainers and customised products of all kinds. We have an extensive stock of wire cloths in the usual standards, and are therefore able to react quickly and flexibly to any customer requests.
