Established in 1992, Sensor Instruments GmbH has established itself at the cutting edge of the development and production of optoelectronic special sensors. Whilst initially concentrating on industrial forming and glass recycling, we gradually moved into further sectors in which slightly adapted sensors could be deployed, such as the semi-conductor industry and the plastics sector. Sensor Instruments then gradually expanded to cater for the automotive industry, the medical technology sector and pharmaceuticals. We are now active in almost all fields and number a range of well-known mechanical engineers amongst our OEM customers. Our focus has always been and still is on our customer-specific approach to problem-solving, which is best expressed in our company motto and driving force, "Let's make sensors more individual".
