Incorporating Bluetooth interfaces for connectivity and printing and advanced data logging with download to PC capability, up to 300,000 readings can be captured and displayed via USB. The SADP portable dewpoint meter utilises the proven SHAW ultra high capacitance aluminium oxide moisture sensor, which is fast responding, reliable and accurate with an overall range of -100 to +20 degrees Celsius dewpoint. Incorporating the unique desiccant dry down head assembly and AutoCal function, means the sensor is kept dry between tests, giving the operator a meaningful reading in 5-10 minutes. The SADP indicates dewpoint temperatures in degrees Celsius (°C) dewpoint, degrees Fahrenheit dewpoint (°F) and parts per million (ppm(v)) on a large, easy to read, analogue display. Certified intrinsically safe to ATEX and IECEx standards traceable to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), the SADP is suitable for use in hazardous environments and for a wide range of industries including power generation, semi-conductor manufacture and pharmaceuticals.

Superdew 3 includes a fully controllable, linear, 4-20 mA output, RS485 communications, two programmable alarm relays and a universal power supply. Incorporating the unique AutoCal function, which allows the sensor to be brought back into equilibrium without the need for any special equipment, thereby reducing downtime, minimising calibration costs and obtaining immediate verification of the dew point system and allowing users to maintain optimum measurement accuracy between laborartory calibrations. Superdew 3 also includes RS485 capabilities, enabling the user to set the instrument's address and communication baud rate used when it is communicating with a PC using RS485 point-to-point communications.

The AcuDew is suitable for continuous measurement of trace moisture in process gases and dry compressed air, offering superior sensitivity, repeatability and speed of response. Various dewpoint ranges are available covering an overall range of -120 °C to +20 °C (-184 °F to +68 °F) dewpoint with an overall system accuracy of ± 2 °C (± 3.4 °F). The output is configurable to display in °C dewpoint, °F dewpoint, ppm(v), ppb(v), g/m3 and lb/MMSCF. Incorporating the unique AutoCal function designed by Shaw Moisture Meters, allowing the user to ensure accuracy between laboratory calibrations by checking the span of the hygrometer and correcting for any deviation. This high performance dewpoint transmitter can cope with extreme environmental conditions, offering protection to IP66 NEMA 4X. Its rugged construction has been tested to withstand 35,000 kilopascal (350 bar) maximum pressure.
