Product Features 1. Extrude/press out the viscous product by emptying 20-25 liters pails/buckets, 200 liters drums, or directly from mixing/production tanks with an internal diameter of up to 1600 mm, thus feeding the filling machine doser. 2. Automatically dose, with care and accuracy, to fill cartridges with products of any viscosity and especially medium to high or very high. 3. Automatically cap the filled cartridges, evacuating the air between plunger and product. 4. Roll the cartridge for marking with ink-jet printing the batch number and/or expiration date. 5. Automatically pack the cartridges including their nozzles, with or without clip. PRODUCTIVITY 30 Cartridges/Minute – with the single-head filling machine, – with 1 operator only to palletize and refill the machines with empty cartridges, caps and cartons, as needed. 50 or 80 cartridges/minute – with multi-head filling machines – With Two Operators.

The Working Principle 1st Unit – Rotating Empty Container Feeder : The Unit automatically feeds the aerosol cans onto a conveyor, and the speed can be adjustable. 2nd Unit – Rotating Deodorant Filling – Crimping – Gassing Unit The Unit automatically fills the aerosol product into the cans, crimps their valves, and pumps gas into cans. Empty containers enter the rotating star system one by one to be filled automatically. After the filling process, the operator puts the valves manually on the already filled containers; then, the valves are crimped onto the containers. After the crimping process, the gassing starts. On the 1st gassing station, the container fills half of the container, and the remaining on the 2nd Unit. The reason for the two stations is to make the system faster. After the gassing process, the aerosol cans move on the conveyor until the end of the line to be picked up for boxing.

In all machines, many parameters such as label position and label length adjustment on the product are adjusted with a single button from the microprocessor. There is a labeling module angle adjustment system in all machines as a standard for conical products. The inside and outside of the machines are made of AISI 304L quality stainless steel. With their easy installation and compact designs, they take up very little space and are offered to our customers at affordable prices.
