Antislip plywood is made of birch plywood covered with a layer of waterproof phenolic film. The wear side has a rough wire mesh pattern the reverse side is smooth (standard). The edges of plywood are sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) to prevent it from water penetration. The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti – slip properties. The standard colour of phenol film is brown.

Birch plywood overlaid with a phenol (dark brown) or an UV resistant (grey) film on both faces. The wear face has a special surface pattern (WT). The reverse face usually is smooth (F).

Offered plywood is manufactured from the highest quality birch wood veneers. The layers are glued together so that adjacent plies have their grain at right angles to each other for greater strength. Number of plies depends on plywood thickness, and is running perpendicular. Birch veneer is glued with urea – formaldehyde adhesive resin KF – FE, formaldehyde emission meets requirements of the E1 class.
