The Rotary Unscrambler ROTRAK AAF with Automatic Adjustable Funnel for empty bottles developed by Traktech enables filling companies to save time and money, thanks to the novel automatic format changeover system Rotrak AAF (AAF – Automatic Adjustable funnel). The AAF technology of the Rotary Unscrambler ROTRAK AAF for empty bottles enables pre-programming for more than20 different formats of plastic bottles and do the changeover in less than 30 seconds. This new machine, developed by Traktech’s R&D team, complies with three fundamental premises: It is more compact, versatile and energy efficient, aspects that directly impact on improved profitability of the production companies, one of our greatest concerns as manufacturers and specialists in handling empty bottles.

The Side-Grip Bottle Rinser Machine by Traktech have been developed to guarantee production companies perfect internal cleaning of empty glass, plastic or metal containers, through a dual simultaneous blowing and suction system with ionized air, which with its ion charge, enables air circulation inside the empty containers, expelling all the particles of dirt. The series of Side-Grip rinser can be configured by input and output of empty containers, guaranteeing maximum cleaning.

The Twist Rinser, developed and patented by Traktech, is a system for cleaning the inside of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, for companies with lines of high production. It is the only rinser on the market installed on the air conveyor, located between the blower and the filler, significantly reducing production costs and possible incidents in the filling line.

The Rotary Bottle Rinser by TRAKTECH is a compact solution that enables the inside of empty glass, metal or plastic containers to be cleaned, using ionised air, effective for filling lines in companies producing 3,000 – 4,000 bottles per hour (bph). The ingenious input system for containers in the Rotary rinser, that places the empty containers in a vertical carrousel, allows the surface dedicated to cleaning the containers be as small as possible. Production companies maximise productivity of their filling lines per square metre and improve the utility of the production area.

The Vacuum conveyor for empty plastic bottles by Traktech is designed to solve one of the most critical aspects of filling lines: Management and handling of containers, especially plastic containers with small bases. Traktech, a specialist in handling empty bottles and vacuum equipment technology, has designed a vacuum conveyor for empty plastic bottles, offering the best handling of bottles with a minimum consumption of energy.

Traktech’s air conveyors are an effective way to move PET blown bottles, guaranteeing quick and agile movement of the bottles with no risk of snagging or contamination. Traktech, being a specialist in the handling of empty bottles at the start of the filling line, has accumulated a great deal of experience in different systems for moving empty bottles. Traktech’s air conveyors blow the bottles just below the neck guide that holds the bottle by the ring, making contamination by blowing into the bottle impossible, as between the blowing orifices and the bottle mouth there is a Teflon guide and the ring of the bottleneck that stops air from entering the PET bottle. Traktech’s air conveyors also have an automatic system to adjust the neck guide and side guides, that can work with electrical actuators or pneumatic pistons. In both adjustment systems, the air conveyors ensure perfect adjustment of the guides, avoiding bottle transport jams, which can occur with other adjustment systems.

ROTRAK’s monoblock unscrambler and rinser is one of many solutions offered by Trakteck to production companies, integrating two essential elements for the start of bottling lines: A monoblock rotary unscrambler and a rinser, with the aim of supplying empty bottles to the filler.
