Technical information The electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimpmodule is specifically designed to process loose turned contacts and to be integrated in fully automatic machines. In the range of 0.08 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 28 – 14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520. Optionally is it possible to adapt the machine for other crimpforms. The adjustment of the crimping-depth is motoric, 50 different programs can be stored. Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The WPC is an integrated solution to produce wires for switch cabinets: it marks them and crimps the corresponding wire end ferrule. The WPC loads an EPLAN or other CAE file and produces all wires within this list step by step. Cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² are supported. For each item in this list, the wire is cut to length sequentially with the help of the multi feeder Z+F EVOFEED® , the corresponding labels are printed and the correct ferrule is crimped to the wire with the UNIC-GV universal crimping machine. The thermal transfer printer (THM-MMP) is suitable for all markers and labels of the MultiMark family as well as for continuous material, fabric and polyester labels, heat shrink tubing or PLC labels. The operation of the individual steps is carried out manually, which allows the operator to route and connect the wires for the complete job in the switch cabinet wire by wire. Due to the high level of automation it is not necessary to change wires and ferrules.

One-time zero-point adjustment, which stores the zero-point until the next battery change. Easy reading due to a large display. The indicator will be delivered with a solid Z+F holding unit, which has an integrated magnet. This ensures a safe fixture on any suitable surface.
