Our company is producing castings from gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and steel cast iron. Our foundry is focused on batch production of castings in weight category 10-300 kg with wall thickness min. 8 mm Our castings production: - castings for engineering industry and agriculture - parts of axles, brake drums, housings - transmission and gear box parts - castings for the railway program - castings for hydraulic system We are producing castings with open-sand moulding: - on automatic forming line with dimensions of moulding flask 1200x1000x350/350 mm - on one couple of Forromat 30 machines with dimensions of moulding flask 900x500x200/200, 300/300 mm - on one couple of Retopress 40 machines with dimensions of moulding flask 900x800x200/200, 300/300 mm Our products are checked according to European standards EN 10204 - 3.1 Our certificates: • ISO 9001: 2008 • Deutsche Bahn AG – HPQ
