For over 30 years, GESCO-metall GmbH has stood for quality, competence and experience in the field of contract bending. The main areas of focus of our manufacturing are curved parts for windows, round windows, doors and facades, as well as complex special profiles for industrial construction, vehicle manufacturing, plant engineering and medical technology. It goes without saying that we also bend aluminium covering shells for the wood/aluminium sector. Our bending technology range is rounded off by complete curved elements, including electrolytic oxidation of aluminium, powder coating, metal fittings and glass, together with window sills and soffit cladding. SMO was founded in August 2005 by Steffen Mohr. We started as a small metal construction company (SMO Metall- und Anlagenbau). We quickly discovered tube bending and have been steadily growing ever since. Everyone in our company has a hands-on approach, including the boss. In this way, no one loses their touch with the materials and machines. We build, design, calculate and manufacture for you. So you don't need to bend over backwards, we'll do that for you. CNC-controlled rotary draw bending and free-form bending for simple and more elaborate bent structures in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Diameters of between 10 mm and 60.3 mm available. Workpiece lengths of up to 6000 mm! We manufacture for the following industries: Metal construction trade. Service providers. Manufacturer. Private customers. We produce throughout Germany, as well as for our European neighbours. We have been supporting and serving many of our customers from the very beginning.
