Starigrad je naselje i mala luka na obali Velebitskog kanala, smješteno nadomak nacionalnog parka Paklenica, 45km južno od Karlobaga.U blizini Starigrada nalazi se i Nacionalni park Paklenica, koji obuhvaća područje prepoznatljivih kanjona Velike i Male Paklenice, okomito urezanih u južne padine planine Velebit.Upravo zbog tih silnih prirodnih ljepota mnogi se odlučuju na iznajmljivanje apartmana u Starigradu.
