Fashion has become fast and disposable. We have become puppets of cheap consumerism. Mediocrity is celebrated. Fashion has become a form of ugliness so intorelable that we need to alter it every 6 months, as Oscar Wilde once stated. As artists, through our work we celebrate achievements of some of the greatest artists of our time, writers, painters, philosophers; F. Kafka, E.A. Poe, S. Kierkegaard, J.W. Goethe, W. Whitman, J. Conrad, V. Woolf...their work inspired us to act, to resist conformity, to rebel against ordinary, to become free. Although historically fashion has rarely been elevated to the same stature as art in it classical forms, we see them forever entwined. In some way, fashion is one of the purest expressions of art because it is art lived on a daily basis. And, at the end we would like to quote a famous french sculptor Auguste Rodin: "The main thing is to be moved, to love, to hope, to tremble, to live."
