KOVO-PLAZMA s.r.o. company (Ltd.) was created in 1999. Its main activity has been the machinery production focussed on metal sheets processing, in particular LASER cutting and CNC forming. We are ready to meet the requirements and demands of our customers according to required schedule, quality and at a fairly good price. It is possible thanks to advanced efficient machinery and to a team of highly qualified people who represent approximately 50 of employees. We are aware of the fact that the success of our company depends on the satisfaction of our customers. That is why the quality of work is our most important goal. We have implemented the quality control system according to ISO 9001 and we will continuously stand out for improving it. The system has been certified by Czech Association for Quality Certification CQS which is a member of the international certification network IQNet. Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers. Main customers in the Czech republic : ZAT Controls Systém a.s., ŠKODA Electric, ŠKODA Transportation, ŠKODA Machine Tool, ŠKODA JS, České dráhy (Czech railways), SWAC Bohemia, Elektrizace železnic, ČKD Elektrotechnika a.s., Invelt Energo spol. s r.o. Abroad : Faiveley s.a., ABB, SIEMENS, MELECS, Bucheler a.g., AREVA We bought last year (2015) new machines from Trumpf company (CNC laser machine and CNC bending machine.
