Fondée en 2021 par Léana et Pierre deux jeunes passionnés par la pédagogie Montessori. Très vite, l'ambition de l'entreprise n'est plus d'être de simple de revendeur dans la mesure où il est compliqué de trouver des marques françaises / européennes de jouets. En effet, 95% des jouets vendus en France sont fabriqués en Asie. L'objectif est donc de concevoir et de produire sur le territoire français, c'est-à-dire au plus proche des clients. Beaucoup de recherches ont été faites afin de prototyper, sourcer les matières premières puis de produire les jouets. Charade et Compagnie est donc une entreprise autonome qui est en mesure de réaliser de A à Z des jouets pour ses clients. Qu'ils soient des professionnels ou des particuliers. Le rêve est à présent de décupler la capacité de production en agrandissant les locaux et en achetant toujours plus de machines pour répondre à une demande de plus en plus forte.
