It produces mixers as homogenisation or dispersion systems for the manufacture of creams, gels, ointments, lotions and shampoos. The process systems for manufacturing semi-solid forms can be supplied in standard sizes of 5 to 10, 000 l. Depending on the customer specifications, complete systems consist of one or more HEBOLD mixers with or without lid lifting equipment, homogenisers, preparation phase vessels, vacuum systems, heating and cooling equipment, pipework, catwalks and control systems with process visualisation and recipe management.

NOVA specialises in freely configured, centralised air handling units and, as such, is well-known Europewide for its quality, precision and reliability. NOVA employs almost 150 people and offers “plug-in” solutions with integrated measuring, control and regulation technology, as well as refrigeration technology.
