One of the strengths of the TPS manufacturing team is developing solutions customised to our customers' requirements and needs and manufacturing them 100% at our 2000 m² production halls. Thanks to the very high level of in-house production, our product range varies from cleaning solutions for small turned and milled parts only weighing a few grams, to bulk batches for the heat treatment industry weighing 40 tonnes, and very long components, such as frame longitudinal beams measuring up to 12 metres in length. TPS not only constructs custom washing technology but also offers customers a complete solution with linkages, platforms and component handling on request.

Conveyor chain cleaning is our speciality. With our proven cleaning systems, we have been solving soiling problems in materials-handling technology for years, offering our customers cleanliness that pays off. For more than 20 years, we have been putting our hearts and mind towards cleaning conveyor chains and runner rails across Europe. We have continually improved our cleaning systems during those years, so that we can now provide optimal cleaning solutions for all chains with runner rails, from overhead conveyors to complex P+F systems. We carry out each conveyor chain cleaning including rail cleaning at a fixed price and to the full satisfaction of our customers. In addition, we have developed drive-powered brush stations for the permanent cleaning of areas underneath the conveyor system, such as cross rails, bogie trucks, holding mechanisms and rotating lifting tackle. The brush stations work independently and are custom-designed for each application.
