HEUER Metallwaren GmbH is a reprivatised, medium-sized company based in Großröhrsdorf (Saxony), Germany. Our team of 50 specialised and long-standing employees are committed to providing solutions with a special touch of Saxon innovation, proving that nothing is impossible. Großröhrsdorf is conveniently located on the A4 motorway, 25 km east of the Saxon capital of Dresden. Our production facilities are geared towards the production of small metal parts. We mainly process strip stock in a wide variety of alloys. Our in-house CAD design office, together with our tool manufacturing department, allows us to quickly respond to customer requests. Our tool manufacturing department can provide all the necessary machine tools. Eccentric presses and automatic punching machines of up to 1600 kN are available for punching applications. The manufactured punched parts are washed/degreased or finished by means of vibration to achieve the final surface quality. Our assembly shop utilises toggle and eccentric presses as well as riveting and welding machines. We also have manual assembly workspaces. Other methods, for example tempering, galvanising or laser machining, are made possible through cooperation with authorised partners.

In 1972, the machine builder and graduate engineer Peter Schröck established Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH became a member of Freiherren Waitz group in 1992. This laid the foundation for further growth: in 1996, the company occupied a new, larger office and production building in Karben, 10 km north of Frankfurt. The subsidiary UNIFLEX of America LLC. with its present registered office in Schaumburg near Chicago, Illinois, was established in 1998 to support the markets in the Americas. In June 2004, UNIFLEX opened a subsidiary in Singapore from where our Asia-Pacific customers are served. We are also represented by offices in Tangerang/Indonesia and Shanghai/China since 2007 and 2009, respectively. Today, after 40 years, UNIFLEX is a system provider in hose production – from workshop equipment to production plants. Innovative and reliable as well as durable hose crimpers, cutting machines, pin prick tools, skiving machines, marking tools, test systems, software and cleaning machines have been and are being developed and marketed in close cooperation with leading hose manufacturers and users.
