We are a medium-sized company based near Munich that has been producing threaded sleeves for DW15, DW20 and DW26.5 tie rods for more than 20 years. Thanks to their quick, uncomplicated installation, our products are becoming more popular across Germany and the rest of Europe. The thread on our DW sleeves are shaped using rollers. This rolling process creates a completely circumferential, precisely shaped threads, enabling flawless machining of aluminium, steel and stainless steel materials. Our production happens in-house, which means that we have the opportunity to directly implement customer requests. As a result, we can adapt the length of the threaded sleeves if requested. The rolled internal/external threads of the sleeve can direct the tensile loads acting on the thread into the concrete body as optimally as possible.
