An important channel is the Private Label, which represents 35% of the company's turnover. The factory, completely renovated and expanded, is located in Termeno, in the province of Bolzano, in a complex of its own that extends for about 10, 000 square meters, of which about 6, 000 square meters equipped with the most advanced technologies in the sector. The company has about 20 employees and is also IFS certified and we have adapted a strict control system according to HACCP. We are certified to manufacture our products according to the guidelines for import to Russia and Canada. We also have a gourmet line with exclusively Italian pork and strictly produced according to traditional methods and recipes for fine food shops and all those looking for special products.
