Export custom aluminum and zinc die casting parts. Start with customers' design drawings or samples, then tooling in house by techinicans who have decade expreience on making die casting moulds. Finally, put in mass production after samples approved. We use Pro-E and Solidworks to study drawings and design moulds.There are 10 sets of die casting machines and full sets of tooling CNC facilities in the factory, also precision instruments and gauges for quality control. The factory have been certified by SGS for ISO9001: 2008 for more than 5years
