The company produces short and medium runs of cast mouldings, ranging in weight from a minimum of 0.5 kg to a maximum of 80 kg, using flake graphite ductile iron in compliance with the UNI EN 1561 standard, spheroidal graphite iron in compliance with the UNI EN 1563 standard, and bainitic chilled cast iron in compliance with the UNI EN 1564 standard. Depending on the parts specifications, special binders (Ni-Cr-Cu-Mo) are added to the basic materials. The company has an in-house quality control laboratory

We have the capacity to handle a wide range of diameters, from 80 to 5000 mm and up to 20 tonnes, working with alloys created in-house. Our catalogue includes copper alloys, stainless steels, special steels and aluminiums. We manufacture and machine round items (rings, sleeves, tubes and cylinders) using centrifugal (spun) casting processes. We deliver parts as blanks or machined.
