PHU Turbolux specialises in diagnostics, repairs and sale of turbochargers for all types of passenger cars and vans. We work for individual clients and large enterprises. Every device delivered to us is verified with respect to functional quality. We perform step-by-step services: disassembly of the turbocharger, cleaning in a pressure cleaner and finally measurement of components' wear and tear and their assessment. As needed, we offer replacement of axial and transverse bearings, sealing rings, o-rings, joining screws. We regulate boost pressure values and dynamic weighing of the rotation system. Our services include also assembly of turbochargers and tightness and play measurements. The company guarantees performance of services by highly qualified staff, using only new spare parts. During maintenance work we use only specialist tools. We offer technical counselling and fast performance of services for our customers. We have been operating since 1985 as a manufacturer of hydraulic actuators and units. We established the Wropol Engineering plant in Lutynia, in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. The elements are manufactured on the basis of the documentation provided to us. Forthermore, our Research and Development Department creates Wropol's original designs. Our production has been meeting strict standards of the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System since 1988. We manufacture ready-made and custom hydraulic actuators. We supply standard actuators, Cr rods, pipes and eartips. Our range further includes: - briquette presses (swarf and chips of non-ferrous metals and aluminium), - hydraulic power supplies (for mechatronic machines), - specialized machinery and equipment, - hydraulic blocks, - hydraulic valves (ZD, ZZ, ZDZ, ZSZ). We also offer actuator repair service. Only certified substitutes are used for maintenance work. We are able to upgrade the system to meet the requirements of your industrial plant. Hydraulic power units are mainly manufactured on Hydac, Parker, Bosch-Rexroth and Kawasaki Hydraulics components.
