With modern machinery factory, manufacture insulating windows and doors that meet the most exacting quality standards.FAR-EST has its own thermal insulated glass production line - an ultramodern Lisec - Austria line.The FAR-EST glass factory has a production and delivery capacity of up to 800 units per day. The high performance machines used during the production process can provide a continuous and efficient supply to our customers. The equipment used within the glass production facility belong to the last generation of machines and is purchased from LISEC company of Austria, the industry's world leader.
BERG-BANAT

S.C. BERG-BANAT, founded in 1991, is a Romanian-German company with fully private capital. Since its founding, the company experienced a continuous growth and has at present two plants in Timişoara and one in Făgăraş. The facility in Făgăraş was put into operation since May 2009, is fitted with German high-performance equipment and machines and is one of the most modern thermal galvanizing plants in Romania. Beside galvanizing, S.C. BERG-BANAT S.R.L. is performing since approximately 12 years the recycling of non-metal waste, contributing by this to the reduction of waste in the Western Region of Romania, but also in other regions of the country, as this way it is placing again into circulation important zinc oxide quantities. The zinc oxide produced by BERG-BANAT has a high degree of purity and meets hereby the increasing demands of the ceramic and rubber industry, where the zinc oxide quality is playing a particularly important role.
TERASTEEL

TeraSteel is number 1 on the market of thermal insulation panels and galvanized structures in Romania and Serbia. TeraSteel has constantly invested in technological development and currently is capable to produce zinc coated profiles and thermal insulating panels with polyurethane foam PUR and flame retardant polyurethane foam PIR, as well as metal accessories. Moreover, TeraSteel offers its clients complete solutions - turnkey halls. TeraSteel production facilities are located in Teraplast Industrial Park in Saratel, Bistrita-Nasaud County (production facility for thermal insulating panels) and in Bistrita (production facility for zinc coated panels). These facilities are equipped with the latest technological lines that allows us to obtain quality products in terms of both technical performance and aesthetics. In 2017, following a 7 million euro investment, TeraSteel has opened a new factory in Serbia - TeraSteel DOO. This is the first production facility of Teraplast Group located outside Romania, but also the first Romanian entirely private owned factory opened abroad after 1990. The investment was meant to complete the production capacity of TeraSteel facility in Romania. Since March 2018, there is also a self-supported corrugated sheets TRS 153-840 production line and from the second half of 2018 began the production of panels with mineral wool. Currently, TeraSteel exports its products in over 25 countries.
EMSIL TECHTRANS SRL

Emsil was founded in 1995 in Romania with its first activity of designing, manufacturing and selling CNC Machine Tools. The first CNC machine tool was installed in Finland in 1997. The strategy of Emsil was to diversify and expand its capabilities and flexibilities to manufacture a wide range of products in a wide range of industries. Emsil is an open company for taking on engineering challenges, whether in the machine tools business or in the welding and steel fabrications business, becoming a strong supplier and partner for its customers over time. For these reasons, in 2007, Emsil expanded. The focus of Gemil was on welding large steel fabrications to cover the demand for such services. Moreover, Emsil started to shift the production of machine tools' main components from cast iron to carbon steel welded structures. Siltech, the third company, was created in 2007 to consult and ultimately transformed into a steel fabrication company in 2012. Today, Siltech is established in Aiud, the third location. In 2011, Emsil purchased a French engineering company's Romanian subsidiary and entered the aeronautics industry. The main products manufactured are devices and steel structures for airplane components assembly. Today, we are active in 3 Romanian cities, manufacturing high-technology CNC machine tools and steel fabrications in carbon steel and stainless steel. Industries we are present in are: naval, energy, oil&gas, aerospace, transportation, and vacuum.
