TECHBELT is the UK largest independent manufacturer of PTFE coated glass cloth materials, PTFE Teflon conveyor belts and specialist PTFE coated glass fabric adhesive tapes. Our specialist belting is made from a wide variety of PTFE coated fabrics and materials which are both either mesh types or closed weave. The markets we service are the food industry, textiles and garments, nonwovens, screen printing, renewable energy plus other bespoke applications. In addition to manufacturing conveyor belts we also design and manufacture specialist equipment and machines which are used to joint and weld the joints of PTFE belts together. An example of food markets is the product of Tortilla wraps and contact grill machines. Teflon belts are used because they offer non stick properties and will operate at high temperatures that are often required when cooking foods. The Teflon tapes and PTFE adhesive tapes we supply are all slit in house and often dispatch the same day as ordered. Our manufacturing facility is based in the UK however we ship to our customers on a global scale. We have negotiated special price levels with company's such as UPS and Kuehne & Nagel which allows us to offer the best pricing which is past on to our customer base. We are able to collect from various locations in the UK. We provide a bespoke collection service to Textiles Waste producers. Textiles are re-processed and recycled back to Industry.
