Our spot welders allow the use of alternative methods of joining metal elements. Resistance spot welding is one of the most popular techniques for joining thin-walled metals. The use of condenser welding machines allows for quick and easy mounting of fasteners (pins, screws, pins) on the surface of metals. Induction welding allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption, and thus reduces the cost of manufacturing details. This process significantly reduces the area of thermal action, which contributes to easier cleaning of the joined areas. Induction welding technology allows for its automation, which makes the process repeatable and simpler (and therefore cheaper). CNC bending of sheet metal technology is the most popular method of plastic processing, allowing to obtain details of both simple and complex shapes. The use of modern press brakes allows for the maximum possible repeatability in cnc bending of the produced elements for any number of items. The modern CNC tube bending services and the automatic compensation of the deflection arrow give maximum accuracy and repeatability in 7 axes and allow you to maintain the required angles along the entire length of the bending line. The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.

• TIG welding: The letters TIG stand for tungsten inert gas welding and generally belong to the inert gas welding process. In this welding process, an arc burns between a tungsten electrode (non-consumable) and the workpiece. The electrode, the arc and the molten bath are protected from the atmosphere by an inert gas. • MIG / MAG welding: The letters MIG stand for metal inert gas, the letters MAG for metal active gas. This welding process is also part of the group of metal inert gas welding processes. In this welding process, a consumable wire electrode is fed continuously. The arc burns between the supplied wire and the workpiece. Throughout the welding process, the arc and the weld pool are protected by either an active gas (MAG process) or an inert gas (MIG process). This welding process can be used for a variety of materials and is also available for a large number of welding consumables.

The inverter machine VIKING 500A PRO is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of VIKING 500A PRO devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 500А (100% at 420 A). The Russian-manufactured inverter machine ТОРУС-320 is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The metal housing is equipped with large ventilation holes in order to prevent overheating of internal components. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of ТОРУС-320 devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 320A (100% at 300A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage.

Welding inverters of the PRO series are light in weight and dimensions. The metal housing reliably protects the internal components, making it suitable for use on the construction site. Inverters are capable to operate with all brands of stick electrodes from 1.6 to 5 mm and 6 mm (VIKING 250PRO, VIKING 270PRO), including the УОНИ 13/55 brand. Operating from a single-phase 220 V network, the industrial welding inverter ТОРУС-250 Extra has an increased arc welding current up to 250 Amperes and, therefore, an increased percentage of operating time (TP).
