Data sheet Product The TA filters are modular in terms of both vertical and horizontal dimensions, and range from a basic module of 2,000 m3/h to standard versions of 48,000 m3/h or more, on request. The units are made of folded and bolted sheet metal and painted; they are fitted with flanges for easy connection to extractor ducts, eyebolts at the top for suspended installation and sturdy bases for ground installation. Data sheet Product The AERCARBO filtering unit was designed to filter pollutants that contain dust, solvent vapours and pollutants that are especially volatile. The AERCAB0 unit has a painted sheet metal panel structure that is bolted together. The cartridges containing approx 48 Kg of active carbon permits a good level of absorption. The filtering unit is also available in AERCARB0 M version which is equipped with the centrifugal fan. Operating principle The polluted air is channelled to and collected inside the plenum located in the lower part of the unit. The air rises and immediately meets the mechanical pre-filters where the larger sized physical pollutants are deposited. Depending on customer request, all combinations ara available. Cartridge diameter is 140 and 160 mm. Cartridge length can be 250, 400, 500, 600 mm on request. Widely used and favoured for drinking water treatment and beverage production where chloramines are not present; the SCB is formulated from low ash content, microporous coconut carbon that targets VOCs and THMs. Acid wash during the production process and low fine content give excellent rinse-up times as well as regulating pH and taste. The CleanPore Carbon also gives improved flowrate and lower pressure drop than the PCB, reducing the size of the housing required, making it a firm favourite for drinking water, pre-RO and applications where end product consumption is a consideration.
