Steel, nitrile rubber. Note: The low non-slip levelling wedge is suitable for loads of up to 2 tonnes. The levelling wedge provides a large support surface with a nubbed structure made of nitrile with a hardness of Shore 80. Using the flat angle of the wedges, the height of the levelling wedge can be adjusted by 0.15 mm per turn of the screw. The vulcanized non-slip layer provides durable insulation from vibrations, noise, and corrosive media.

The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The FASTON connection collector range has diameters of 32 to 70mm, 2-8 tracks (2A/5A/14A, 20A), 240VAC/DC or 400VAC/VDC, IP51 or IP55 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 400 rpm. The hollow shaft collector range has an internal diameter from Ø 3 to 100mm, 2 to 96 tracks (2A-20A, Ethernet), IP51 or IP65 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 500 rpm. Solid top GRP panels are made of standard open mesh grating finished with a solid 3mm top plate. The top plate is gritted, creating an anti-slip surface ideal for pedestrian use. High strength and lightweight, they are often specified over open mesh gratings for safety reasons, such as preventing contamination to surfaces below. The closed top also creates an easier surface to walk over, particularly for wheels. GRP Anti-Slip Plate is a lightweight, non-corrosive product and can withstand extreme weather conditions, making it ideal for a range of environments. The plate is available with a fine or medium gritted top, depending on the application. The gritted plate provides an effective anti-slip surface and can be used to create a safe walkway in hazardous environments. It is commonly used in many applications, such as: walkways, stair treads, landing areas, ramps, piers, pontoons and many more. It can also be used to create a solid/closed top surface on the top of existing open mesh grating. Made from Isophthalic Polyester, with phenolic options available. GRP Anti-Slip Stair Tread Covers are a fast and cost effective way to create a solid top surface on pre-existing stairs. Made from gritted GRP plate, they provide an anti-slip surface, improving safety in busy footfall areas. They are lightweight, durable, corrosion and weather resistant. They are quick and easy to install on to existing stairs, making them the perfect cost-effective safety solution. Safety: A hard wearing quartz gritted surface provides a high level of slip resistance (R13 slip resistance according to DIN 51130). GRP gritted plate also gives a high PTV reading, indicating extremely low slip potential. Standard Colours: Black, Black with yellow nosing, black with white nosing.
