Material: Housing, steel plate. Wheel tread, high quality polyurethane elastomere. Wheel rims, die-cast aluminium. Version: Housing, press-formed. Swivel housing, double-row ball bearings in a swivel head. Ball bearing wheel axle bearings. Note: Wheel axle bolted. Swivel and fixed castors with mounting plate. Application: Heavy loads can be easily transported using this load handling equipment. The roll and swivel resistance is reduced with this new wheel series designed for intralogistic heavy load applications. Temperature range: -25 °C to +70 °C

MODEL RG - FREE ROLLER-COATED DIAMETER 32 MM - PITCH 40 MM FOR SMALL AND FRAGILE PACKAGES Free rollers conveyors that consist of sturdy painted steel 2 mm thick, 50x25 mm tubular support, legs fixable on floor and adjustable in height, 32 mm diameter steel rollers coated with rubber, rotating on ball bearings (8mm axle). The versions with a width of 1000 mm consist of a 2-roller axis with central support. This solution allows to have a greater flow rate that reaches up to 90 Kg/m.

PARTS CLEANING FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCEImportant components require thorough and regular cleaning and maintenance, especially in industry, mechanical engineering and the automotive sector. Our TRT 83 x 37 cleaning trough removes grease, lubricants and other residues thoroughly and reliably, before the components are reinstalled. WHICH WORKPIECES CAN BE CLEANED? You can use the TRT 83 x 37 cleaning trough to effortlessly clean workpieces measuring up to 80 cm in length and 30 cm in diameter. MOUNTING 97.1: Wheel mounted on ball bearings, the axle is smooth and removable. MOunting 97.2: Wheel mounted on taper roller bearings, the axle is not removable. These wheels can also be mounted: 1. on an axles with external bearers (see p. 42 of the catalogue) 2. mounted with bearings in bearers, which permits motorisation (see p. 44 of the catalogue) The ball bearings (mounting 97.1) withstand lower loads than the taper roller bearings (mounting 97.2). The taper roller bearings do not permit removal of the axle from the wheel.

MOUNTING SUITABLE FOR MOTORISATION TYPE 97.3 Wheel permanently fixed to axle rotating in bearers with bearings. 1 “Motorisable” wheel mounted on bearers. Adaptation to motor shaft on request. 2 “Idler” wheel on bearers: freely rotating wheel with same overall dimensions as motorisable wheel. From diameter 150 mm, all wheels can be produced in motorisable mounting 97.3. The dimensions of the wheels opposite are given by way of indication. Motorisation can also be carried out on an axle (see page 54 - axles 81/3 - mounting No. 3). FLAT AND DOUBLE FLANGE WHEELS These wheels are produced subject to quotation, ØP of 100 to 600 mm.
