MotoVeloZavod LLC has developed its frame and fork for road models made of high-quality welded and brazed steel, casting parts, bike strollers, and mudguards. Our company cooperates with the Austrian company Paul&Ernst GmbH. This is a prime example of our cooperation. We manufacture tricycle frames for them. We offer metalworking services: maximum machining dimensions – length x width – 3,000mm x 1,500mm. Workable materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium. Maximum length is up to 6000 mm - plasma cutting of metal - cutting of rolled tubular products - cutting of profiled iron - polymeric powder painting of metal; - shot blasting of metal; - shot peening of metal; - metal welding; - metal turning; - milling of metal and plastic.

We can cut sheet metall in our two lasers (CO2 and Fiber). Minimal thickness - 0.5mm Maximal thickness - 25mm (steel, stainless steel and aluminium) Maximal thickness - 10mm (copper and brass) Maximal thickness - 6mm (titan) Our laser produced by Trumpf(Germany) in 2012 and 2020 specialy for us.

ASM400-45SH machine is designed for bar cutting in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes. Workpiece diameters 60-110 mm; Workpiece length 200-1500 mm; Wheel diameter- 408mm;

Wheel diameter- 508mm; Table dimensions (width × depth)- 600mm*700mm; Number of machine axes- 3 axes; Y-axis table travel- 450mm; Z-axis table travel- 500mm; X-axis table travel-500mm; Abrasive Cut-Off Machine ASM500-30L designed with the quality and expertise gained from our turnkey production systems business. Sitek can offer optimal customized solutions. As an option, our ASM-500L machine can be equipped with a special fixture for clamping of the Customer's workpiece. For maximal cutting capacity the machine can be equipped with an automatic clamping fixture and Siemens control system. The control panel with joysticks provides quick readjustment to the workpiece for the small-series production.
