Bitumer Primal is a high-quality solvent-based polymer solution with added refiners. It is used to prime mineral surfaces before applying hot-applied bitumen products. The material is also used to preserve corroded concrete surfaces. It is an adhesion- enhancing and priming compound for asphalt compounds, bituminous grouts. USAGE •for making priming and base layers under hot-mix pouring compoundstype N1, N2, N10, • for making anti-corrosion coatings of concrete, • for making coatings that protect mineral surfaces against moisture penetration.

Bitumer Primer R is a high-quality solvent-based asphalt solution with additives. It is used to prime the surface of a structure before applying the actual asphalt insulation and to maintain corroded concrete surfaces. The material retains high elasticity even at low temperatures down to -10 °C. The high quality of the base bitumen ensures resistance to UV radiation and a lower degree of filling degradation over time. USAGE •for use in structural and technological fillings: -expansion joints of asphalt concrete, -cement concrete, SMA mixes (Stone Mastic Asphalt), -in squares, streets, and car parks. •the compound is perfect for sealing joints between asphalt or concrete surfaces and steel elements (manholes), •works well as filling and sealing of damaged seams in asphalt pavements.

Bitumer Flexigum PU is a one-component bitumen-polyurethane compound that forms a permanently flexible and chemically resistant fastening and stress transfer compound. Bitumer Flexigum PU finds its use in: •for continuous resilient fixing of the rail as a subfloor, •rail fastening compound and as a lagging for the underfloor, •for making permanent and flexible expansion joints between concrete slabs and elements made of steel, •filling the gaps located between the road strip and the rail, •for filling concrete-to-concrete joints •filling joints, gaps, cracks and expansion joints in heavily worked asphalt and concrete pavements ( e.g., curbs on bridges), •filling joints "working" on steel and concrete bridges and other pavements characterized by strong movements.

Bitumen-polymer adhesive tape BITUMER TB90 coiled material consisting of petroleum bitumen, polymer and texturing agents. Sealing tape intended for technological sealing in communication construction: • joining asphalt layers made at different times, transverse and longitudinal joining, •combinations of various materials, e.g. asphalt concrete layer with mastic asphalt layer and asphalt layer with external devices in the pavement, e.g. inlets, manholes, manholes and other infrastructure elements embedded in the road surface or limiting them (curbs, drainage elements, rails). Bitumer Primbit W is a solvent-free, water-based bitumen emulsion used for performing anti-moisture and impregnation.Increases adhesion and priming under Elaston 2K and waterproofing compounds. The high dry matter content of about 55 - 60% guarantees the formation of a strong protective coating, resistant to moisture and aggressive substances contained in the soil. Bitumer Primbit W finds its use in: •performing effective, systemic protection moisture protection of roofs, flat roofs, concrete screeds, concrete, basements, baths, terraces, footings and foundations, •performance of priming and undercoating layers under Bitumer Elaston 2K, heat-sealable membranes, asphalt compounds, •can be used as a primer coat prior to the application of bitumen membranes of all brands.Due to its excellent adhesion properties, it provides stronger and space-free adhesion of the surface to the applied bitumen membranes.

Big bags, also known as flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs), offer a practical alternative for transporting and storing bitumen. These large, durable bags, typically made of woven polypropylene, provide a secure and convenient means of handling bitumen throughout its journey from production to construction site.

Liquid asphalt is bitumen dissolved in an aromatic hydrocarbon, petroleum or another solvent. The standard process involves heating the bitumen to reduce its viscosity and then mixing it with an appropriate hydrocarbon fraction. The resulting bituminous solution is used as: •a primer material, •a bitumen thinner, •a material to serve as a priming layer for aggregate before applying subsequent asphalt layers. Depending on the end user’s requirements, an appropriate solvent is used.

Application Oxidized Bitumen 95-25 is a dark industrial bitumen. Petroleum residue modified by the oxidation process. In addition Oxidized Bitumen is produced by passing air through bitumen under controlled temperature state. Its stability ranges from highly viscous to solid. Blown bitumen grade has technical advantages such as durability, flexibility, water resistant and chemical stability. Oxidized Bitumen is a peculiar amorphous material which is generally in liquid form when discharged by oxidation plants at a temperature ranging from 240°-300°C., and becomes solid or pasty at ambient temperatures. Drilling Fluid Grade – An important characteristic of Gilsonit is its softening-point temperature. In oil-base muds. It use as fluid-loss control agent because it`s hydrocarbon properties.
