The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird® Pro has an extremely long service life and is virtually non-wearing. Compared to commercially available battery-powered tools, riveting can be done up to 4x faster making it comparable with hydropneumatic blind riveting tools. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the AccuBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The AccuBird® Pro is also equipped with the low-wear jaws system, which has already proven its worth a thousand times over. The combi setting tool Flipper® Plus is a combi setting tool for blind rivets and blind rivet nuts. A tool-free conversion from blind rivet to blind rivet nut setting tool is possible in under one minute in just a few simple steps. The ergonomically designed hand tool has a new ratchet function. The force increases when the handle is closed. This finding is put to good use in a special lever arrangement for setting blind rivets and blind rivet nuts. The required manual force is reduced by around 40 percent if actuated several times. Due to an actuation lever with an opening spring the tool can be used easily for a single-handed operation. The jaw mechanism with spring reset arranges a safe and automatic mandrel ejection. The rivet mandrel collection container can be clipped to the body casing and is easy to empty. The larger device lift is a benefit when handling extra long blind rivets. The Flipper® Plus offers a simplified setting procedure for blind rivet nuts.

Durable, robust, and reliable: the hand tool VNG 371 for the processing of blind rivet nuts (M5 to M10) and blind rivet bolts (M5 to M8). The VNG 371 is supplied in an impact-resistant plastic case and equipped with a comfortable drill rod for the easy lowering of the set connector and a quick-change system for the mandrels.

Domes produced with ECKOLD machines in automotive industry make sure that there is only a minimum offset between the securing screws and the surrounding metal.
