Metal In has 9 eccentric presses with a force of 40 to 200 tons. We have loaders for roll operation and feeders. 3 hydraulic presses with a force of up to 160 tons. We produce press parts for the automotive, construction and furniture industries. Metal In is certified according to IATF 16949: 2016. We have a tool section for the production and maintenance of punches and bending tools. We also offer a subsequent operation of zinc and zinc-nickel.

Metal In put into operation a machine for laser cutting of pipes with automatic loading and unloading. The size of the treated pipes is: Round pipes: 120 mm Rectangular tubes: 100x100mm The maximum length of the workplace is 6500mm. The machine is equipped with excellent software that allows different shapes in tubes for subsequent assembly and welding. Also, pipes can be cut so that one wall remains uncut, allowing it to bend easily and accurately and find a frame.

As a company with long-term experience in metal painting, we suggest wet painting and powder coating. The choice of paints is made according to the clients’ preferences. The paints and the finish are chosen by the client. The client can choose between glossy, semi matte or matte color.

The company have Milling machine with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis with CNC controls. Maximum size of details which we can work is 1200x600x600 mm and maximum weight – 1200 kg. We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

We have special, automatic and manual machines for mechanical processing, which meet the requirements of ISO 13715 for withering of all cutting edges. For small products we use trowalizing machines. The types of mechanical processing of metals allow different subsequent effects: polishing – mirror effect, satin finish (creasing) – brushed effect, matting – matte effect. In addition to the decorative purposes, we mechanically process many of the parts we produce after welding, in preparation for the application of subsequent coatings.

The main advantage compared to laser technology is the possibility of cutting and forming of the sheet material. The combination usage of punching and laser cutting allows us to make numerous identical holes (grid) or just forming in a laser cut parts. The biggest advantage in FoxLaser punching are a tripple tooling we have that allows us to produce same time same part in all machines. For achieving maximum performance we work with wide range of functionalities by the well proved softwares SigmaNEST and Metalix CNCKad, in combination with the customized software of the company AMADA.
