FoxLaser owns two automated production lines for applying polymer powder coatings. Both of them utilize a five-stage chemical preparation of the parts that guarantees anti-corrosion of at least 504 hours of salt test – and that is without applying zinc primer. We also have the ability to cover the anti-corrosion class C5 (1500 hours of salt test) – one of the highest in the world. We are proud that we can paint large parts with dimensions up to 4000x1700x800 mm.

Organic certified rosehip powder/flour made from whole fruits - husk and seeds of rosehip. Fully natural product with no additives. Rosehip powder is processed in raw food quality and is also vegan and gluten free. The product is finely ground to approximately 200-400µm. Vacuum El System offers powder coating service for a variety of parts, ranging from small components to large metal cabinets and constructions. Parts are painted according to their application with either epoxy-polyester or polyester powder, utilising the latest technology and equipment from Wagner. Prior to painting all parts go through pre-treatment process to ensure their surface is clean, degreased and phosphated. Strict quality control checks coating thickness, structural integrity, gloss level and visual appearance. Our automated paint booths ensure a fast turnaround and high throughput of powder coated components. Maximum booth capacity is 4100mm x 1600mm x 2500mm and 800kg.
