With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.

Our modern turning machines with CNC controls of company “Mazak” can work details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. The maximum diameter of working detail is 380 mm, at maximum length 1000 mm. The machines are equipped with devices for the filing of rods. Our products are intended for the automotive industry, machine building industry, construction and other industries. Bolted Construction steel table base in asymmetrical Spider shape for all kind of table applications, bolted and welded construction, powder painted, produced from rectangular steel pipe 80 mm x 40 mm, 4 units of heavy-duty metal plates for assembling the wooden top. The base is equipped with adjustable leg leveling glides for perfect adjustment on the floor. Easy to assembly and transport. All our products are Made in Europe.

Vacuum El System offers precision CNC turning, milling and 5-axis machining for a large variety of materials and batch sizes, ranging from single prototypes to serial production. Our state of the art vertical machining centres and lathes coupled with an integrated CAM system provide flexibility and allow production of very complex parts with single setup. We ensure high quality output by applying intermittent control during production as well as final control. We currently operate high precision vertical centres and lathes from Mazak with maximum workpiece size of Ø730mm and max height of 1000mm, with tolerance of ± 0,003 mm.
