Special features like foil stamping, embossing, spot UV etc. onto printed art paper are applicable upon request. We also offer “ Green Packaging “ option for customer’s consideration using Bio-degradable lamination and cardboard insert to make the product 100% recyclable. Item No. : CL-003 Rigid collapsible box with magnetic flap closure, PET window and double-sided tapes at corners Box made of 157gsm art paper, 1200gsm greyboard and 0.3mm PET for window. Box is matt anti-scuff laminated to avoid scratches during production and shipping. Special features like foil stamping, spot UV, embossing etc. are applicable upon request Embedded PET window makes the inside products visible. Kiss-cut tabs on double-sided tapes makes it easy to to peel off the covering paper from the tape. Collapsible design helps to save shipping cost but keep the rigid function. We are also able to design insert made of cardboard to replace the plastic vac tray to make the packaging “ Greener “ and collapsible to save shipping cost.

Box is Matt anti-scuff laminated to avoid scratches during production and shipping Foil stamping, glossy spot UV and embossing at the same position to create pretty appearance and feeling. Product made of 157gsm art paper, 1.5mm thick paper tube and 1800gsm grey board for top panel, bottom panel and built-in insert. EVA foam glued in the lid and at the bottom to protect the bottle. Built-in inserts not only to keep the products in position, but also help to protect the products from damage. Tube’s diameter and height can be adjusted based on customer’s product size. The tube not only can pack round bottle, but also other shapes of bottle. This packaging is safe enough to protect the inside product ( 460g full filled perfume bottle ).
