We produce such components for the railways industry as: – partitions; – walls; – doors; – panels; – supporting frames for internal parts; – driver’s cab equipment; – equipment boxes; – stairs, handrails; – frames of seats, windows. Welding of constructions for railway is based on DIN EN 15085 CL1. We have implemented and certified quality assurance system consistent - we are welding new components at CL1 class level.

In the field of storing technology we are pleased to assist our customers with competent advice and our technical expertise / knowledge. We currently produce for example transport rails, component holders but also fully assembled brake rollers for pallet conveyors.

We manufacture elements for rail vehicles. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard. Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements.

Product Features: • Designed for harsh industrial environments or outdoor applications (security, outdoor wireless, controls, etc, etc). • Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards, panels or DIN rail mounted components. • Designed for wall mounting. Interior is secure as lid screws are behind the lid. Can be made more secure if wall mounted with security screws (tamper resistant screws). • Satin texture finish with smooth recessed surface on lid for a membrane keypad or label. • Standoffs moulded in the interior of the lid and enclosure - designed for #4 x 1/4" self tapping screws (Part number 1555TS100). • Choice of two materials: • General purpose ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 HB). Not recommended for outdoor use • Polycarbonate (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5VA @ 3mm) - Recommended for outdoor use • Colour is a light grey (RAL 7035) to help keep heat absorption down.

Designed for #6 self tapping screws • More modern "styled" look V's the traditional flat lid (1555 Series). • ABS versions are moulded from general purpose material which carries a flammability rating of UL94-HB. For indoor use. • Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use. Grey polycarbonate carries a UL94-5VA rating. • Polycarbonate versions are UL 508A listed (File #E65324). • Enclosure colour is a light grey (RAL 7035). • Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water.

Product Features: • Electronic instrument enclosures, designed for mounting printed circuit boards or DIN rail mounted components. • The polycarbonate material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5V and is suitable for outdoor use. • Lid and mounting holes are located outside of the gasket seal. • Lid is secured with self captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), threaded into integral stainless steel bushings (for repetitive assembly and disassembly). • Heavy duty 16 gauge galvanized steel panels available. • All stainless steel hardware to avoid corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. • Gasket is a preformed, high temperature U.L. listed silicone rubber. Gasket is replaceable. • Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water. • Internal DIN rail mounting tabs.

ABS plastic versions are not UL listed. • Enclosure colour is a light grey (RAL 7035). • Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water. • Replaceable gasket is one piece made from high temperature, U.L. listed silicone. Supplied loose inside the enclosure (not pre-installed). • Polycarbonate versions are designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13 ratings which meet and exceed IP ratings up to and including IP68. (Except 1554/55 V size which is 4,4X only).
